No pain and a fixed tooth.

Being a Beverly Hills cosmetic dentist requires an elite precision as a dentist and Dr. Kourosh Maddahi has that.

This has been a great experience for me. I have learned about things such as the importance of soil crust for desert soil, microbiology, etc etc etc etc. The other great part of the experience is that I have skills that have actually been needed by the NASA team and I was able to help them on certain aspects of the project. You can see my bio titled Rafferty Pendery’s bio on their website. This lists the items on my bio more relevant to the NASA project and what we were doing there.

I have been invited back to the 2008 in August. The team is listed on that page.

I will keep you posted on updates on this project.

One thing I have always liked about Jamba Juice is their great marketing. “Your friendly neighborhood healthy drink store”.

Anyways, I was at a friendly, local Florida Jamba Juice today and someone from a non-profit school was talking with the manager about donating some gift certificates for a fundraiser they were doing. It was a spelling bee for the some 300 kids at this private school. The school lady was saying “It will help the kids and its a tax write off too”. She had her tax exempt certificate to hand in case she was asked for it.

The manager agreed to help, went to the back and came back with a large stack of gift certificates (all with varying amounts of $1-$50). The school lady was ecstatic, this really made her day! I was standing on the sidelines watching this whole transaction take place, daydreaming about all the drinks I could get with those gift certificates, if only they were for me.

The Jamba Associate behind the counter finished making my drink and before I left, the Manager handed me a gift certificate too! This was a double whammy, making my day too and having seen what she did for the school lady, it was double points for Jamba Juice and for this particular location.

She is going to be getting a lot more business just from the people that I will tell about this great encounter. This is great marketing. It positions them once again with a great experience, awesome service and just plain fun!

Everyone likes to get something for free. Most of the time its worth it to give your clients/customers something for free just to create that feeling of goodwill when dealing with you.

Remember this scenario when dealing with your public and make sure you also come to the rescue and create that good experience.
